Jon Manson’s insurance career was launched at Norwich Union and then Noble Lowndes. He started his own insurance broking business in London in 1971. The core business became Commercial Insurance but also included successful involvement, as an independent intermediary, in Private Medical Insurance and Financial Services. His obsession with service standards and client relationships underpins all Group activities.
Stephen is a chartered accountant, having spent several years at a top-four accountancy firm. Stephen joined Manson Insurance Group in 2002 from his previous role as finance director of a Manchester based furniture company, where he was part of a successful management buy-out team.
